Installation, Maintenance and Cleaning
We can assist you with installing the following:
Standard split installation includes PVC hat section to cover pipes, this comes in white and can be painted to match your house colour etc. We use PVC ducting to allow for easy access to pipes for inspection, so no pop rivets or screws that rust like tin hats. Hot dipped galvanised uni-strut channel brackets or stainless steel adjustable brackets or powder coated brackets, depending on wall structure, provides a long life hanging option for your condensing unit. For units mounted on the ground, a concrete slab with rubber mounts is provided. However, it is recommended to put the condenser up off the ground as it is easier to keep clean (mowing and no vermin living underneath) and to keep it above storm waters and surges.
All units wired back to switchboard where practical and isolators provided when grouped together. Drop sheets are used to protect your house / contents when installing indoor units. All mess is cleaned up. All boxes are removed from site if Polar Bear Air & Electrical supply your units, otherwise boxes are stacked neatly and left onsite. All A&T Advanced Electrical rubbish is removed by A&T Advanced Electrical.
As part of our ongoing commitment to you, we provide instruction on the operation of the unit and other relevant information you will need to know to use your new unit. All our installations are to Australian Standards and installed by a fully qualified air conditioning and refrigeration mechanic and electrician. A one (1) year warranty applies to the installation by A&T Advanced Electrical, this does not cover airconditioner parts.
All pipe work run in ceilings will have minimum 19 mm wall lagging as per Building Code of Australia to prevent condensation during summer.
